Step 1

 Caminar means to walk.
  Caminar is a regular -ar verb.
   To say you were walking or you used to walk,
    use the imperfect ending.

yo caminaba
caminabas
Ud./él/ella caminaba
nosotros/as caminábamos
vosotros/as caminabais
Uds./ellos/ellas caminaban

Yo caminaba con papá.
      I used to walk with Dad.

Tú caminabas en el jardín.
      You were walking in the yard.

Luis caminaba con José.
      Luis used to walk with José.

Nosotros caminábamos en la playa.
      We used to walk on the beach.

Vosotros caminabais...
      You all used to walk...

Diana y María caminaban al supermercado.
      Diana and Maria were walking to the
       supermarket.
