Yo debería aprender.
      I should learn.
Debería abandonar la bahía.
      It should leave the bay.
¿Deberíamos usar financiamiento de capital?
      Should we use capital financing?
Deberías estar avergonzado de ti mismo.
      You ought to be ashamed of yourself.

Podría means would or could.

¿Podría pagar con tarjeta?
      Could I pay by card?
Tú podrías ir al jardín zoológico si hay tiempo.
      You could go to the zoo if there is time.
¿Podría usted instalar el disco duro?
      Would you install the hard disk?
Podrían escribir.
      They could write.

debía sounds similar to debería but it's not the same.
Debía is used only for the past:

Mi hermana debía traer las aguas.
      My sister was supposed to bring the sodas.
