e changes to ie in all forms except for nostoros and vosotros.

yo cierro I close
cierras you close
Ud./él/ella cierra you/he/she closes
nosotros/as cerramos we close
vosotros/as cerráis you all close
Uds./ellos/ellas cierran you all/they close

Yo cierro el ojo.
      I close the (my) eye.
Tú cierras la ventana.
      You close the window.
Él cierra el libro.
      He closes the book.
Nosotros cerramos las puertas de la sala.
      We close the doors of the room.
Pedro y Carmen nunca cierran las puertas.
      Pedro and Carmen never close the doors.
