Evaluation from ntle82:
The staff here is the best! They're always friendly and helpful. From day one, they made me feel at home. I liked that they offer afternoon and weekend group activities to help you meet people and get to know the city. I also liked that the program is really flexible, so I was able to learn grammar through group lessons in the morning and practice my conversational skills in private lessons in the afternoon. I had the option of taking private lessons twice a week so it wasn't overwhelming (as opposed to every day).
Evaluation from unit62:
Perfect school to learn Spanish. Staff is very helpfull and professional in learning the language. Elebaires tries to teach with a very positive attitude, you are constantly encouraged to improve your skills. Accomodation is perfect and through the school I got to learn a lot of other students/friends. Activities are organised every week and give the school an extra value. I had a lot of fun in BsAs just because of Elebaires!
Evaluation from sammy21:
I attended Elebaires for 2 weeks and had an amazing time. My host family was very nice, I had my own room and really liked it. The school location is great, right in downtown and I learned a ton of Spanish in a short time. I also really liked meeting other travelers and loved the after school activities the school set up (soccer games, Tango etc.) I highly recommend this school!
Evaluation from scarlson1:
I attended the Elebaires school of language for 3 weeks and had a great tome. I didn't know any Spanish when arriving and they taught me how to get by on my own ordering food, shopping etc. I can't thank them enough. They also had great weekend and weekday activities where I met other travelers etc. I highly recommend this school!

I couldn't speak highly enough of Elebaires. I only stumbled across it by chance in the hostel across the road but am glad I did. I did 20 hours of group classes and 10 hours of private classes a week. I found the group classes particularly useful from an interaction point of view and to get used to talking about day-to-day things aswell as topical subjects in Spanish. The private classes were also very good as you can choose what you want to do, whether it be grammar like I wanted to improve on...or conversation, vocab building, etc. I have many fond memories of the staff, fellow students and experience of Elebaires. DOO ITTT! You won't regret it...
Evaluation from Dave1234:
I really did not get on with this school. From the overprices lessons, the mixed standard groups, aggressive teacher, unflexible attitute, irritating cutomer service type co-ordinator who will be sooooo helpful until you actually want help with an issue. I was in a "beginner" class with students who were already conversational. One of my teachers would prefer to converse with the other students and was short of patience with me, so I requested my remaining hours to be transferred to half the time of private lessons and explained why. I was told that could be done for the following week only. I ended up not going for my last 3 days and started at another school the following week, which was much better and cheaper. I´ve been to 4 different schools across South America and this was by far the worst in every respect!
Evaluation from cartmellc:
A great team, really make you feel at home and I strongly recommend the home stay. My "mother" really made me feel at home and helped greatly with my language skills.
Evaluation from nurdan:
I was there for one week. The school works with a perfect professionalism. But in the same time the people are very helpful. the location is great. I highly recomend this course. Thank you very much to my teacher Pablo , Laura and Soledad. I had very good time.
Evaluation from aristide:
Ive been studying spanish at ellebaires spanish school for 4 weeks and i have to say that those 4 weeks really changed my ability to live in argentina in a way too. When I came here I basically didnt speak any spanish at all and now Im able to have conversations with the locals. Of course its still a hard time to understand but i learned so much that i feel a lot more secure when i go out. What i liked really much was that the 4 hours per day were split between two teachers so therefore i got two different teaching methods which i think really helped!!
Evaluation from treborhealey:
This is a great group of people...teachers and staff are really welcoming and the quality of teaching is superb. I'd recommend Elebaires to everybody, really a great value and everyone was really helpful with any questions or problems.
Evaluation from caliberry:
The staff and teachers help to tailor a program to a students´s needs. I wanted to review some Spanish and then learn some new medical terms. By the end of the month, I felt much more confident about my vocabulary and ability to communicate with others. The teachers all have different teaching styles and the classes are fun and engaging.
Evaluation from CamillaFellowes:
I would thoroughly recommend Elebaires Spanish classes to anyone and everyone. Having had many friends do various classes around Buenos Aires, all having had different experiences, I would back up Elebaires 100%. Apart from anything else the teachers are very good indeed, so willing to help you improve and they really are incredibly friendly. Having been at the school for a month now my Spanish has improved enormously, not only orally but grammatically and I now have much more confidence with Spanish in general. Elebaires takes on whatever level, whether you are a beginner or whether you already have a thorough understanding of Spanish but you just want to brush up a little. The school is very centrally located on Avenida de Mayo and in the famous Palacio Barolo. Another great advantage of the school is the cultural trips that are offered in the afternoon; tango classes, football matches, city tours and evening social events and much more. Elebaires, if wanted, can also organize accommodation which is a massive plus. The school offers housing in host-families, shared student apartments, student residences, and hostels. Elebaires is a great experience and unbelievably beneficial.
Evaluation from j1994:
I would highly recommend this school. Not only is the school excellent on an academic level (small classes, engaging teachers, adjustment to your level of spanish) but also because of the trips and activities they organise for free for the students. The location of the school on Av De Mayo is also an advantage because it's central and well accessible. When I was at Elebaires, the atmosphere among students was also really good and I made many friends there. Another good thing is that they can help you find/change accomodation which comes in very helpful when you're in the city for a lnoger time. Overall, it was a fun and valuable experience being at Elebaires!

The best school I have ever been to. The lessons are very well structured and my teacher really cared about my progress. She made sure I improved the things I wanted to improve in and made sure I understood the culture. I could discuss the wired and difficult things happening outside the school and at the cultural excursions I learned a lot about Argentine history.
