I have been to several language schools over the years and this is by far the worst. This was one the first schools I attended, I was a complete beginner so a bit afraid traveling to a foreign country. My flight landed at 11pm and the school forgot the send a driver to pick me up. I took a taxi to a cafe next to the school because they leave the apartment keys there, they never left me keys. I was stuck outside and it was midnight. I finally found a hotel (95 euros for the night) and when I went to the school the next day the staff was so RUDE. They never apologized, never said hi, nothing. They just told me to pay the full amount and then directed me to my class. The teacher was completely inept and knew nothing. That afternoon I moved to my apartment which had about 6 other students who were bitchy. I said hi and they completely ignored me. I asked the school if I could move and the director started yelling at me and said no, that I already paid so too bad. A lot of my clothing and money was stolen and when I complained to the school they ignored me. When I received my visa statement a few weeks later the school had charged me an extra $140 and I don´t know why. Visa wouldn´t return my money because they said I need to get a refund from the school. This school should be closed down by the Spanish government. It was truly the worse week of my life. I only give it 1 star because 0 isn´t available.
