I improved more at APF Languages than in any other class I have taken. I made some lifelong friends at the same time.

The office staff was very friendly and helpful. They greeted me at the airport and took me to my host family. When my bank had difficulties sending my deposit the school was very understanding.

The APF teaching staff are very professional and are equally equipped at working with new and continuing students. I've heard nightmare stories from students at other schools!

APF feels more like a home than a school. The kitchen is always supplied with coffee, tea, water, and cookies.

The staff at APF was extremely friendly and wonderful to work with. The adventure tours were better than expected and the costs kept to a minimum. The school is full of young people, so the atmosphere is fun and relaxed. Plus, all 7 of us learned plenty of spanish in our short week at APF. I highly recommend them!

I did not know any Spanish at all before attending APF. I researched schools before deciding on one. I found APF on this website and others. It was always listed as one of the best on all Ecuadorian websites. I was very happy with the school. They have many students from all over the world. Each Monday a couple of new students start their Spanish program. They have many activites scheduled for the students. They provide transportation to all the activities as well. The school had cooking classes and salsa classes. All of the instructors and office staff were very helpful during my stay. My instructor was very patient and very good. APF found a family for me to stay with and they were wonderful. I made many friends while I was there. I highly recommend this school and you can contact me with any questions. One thing I recommend is taking a Spanish/English dictionary with you. They do not provide one for you. Christine

We are a family of 4, with two children aged 12 and 8, who recently studied Spanish for 3 and half weeks at APF in Quito. As a family our situation was not the ordinary student situation. We were very pleased with the teachers at APF (my wife and I had one teacher and our children another), the willingness of APF to develop a schedule that suited our needs, and the assistance in finding suitable accomodation (a nearby hotel with kitchen facilities). We all felt that we made good progress with Spanish and enjoyed the activities offered through the school and the other students.

I really enjoyed my 5 weeks with APF. I loved the staff and instructors, made some great friends, and traveled quite a bit while still improving my spanish skills. My host family was wonderful and overall I left with a fantastic impression of the school and of the city. Quito is wonderful and I would highly recommend APF if you're thinking of studying in Ecuador.

Very very good! The teachers are really pro and nice. I've learnt a lot within only one month! School : well located, very nice atmosphere, good mood, nice teachers who know how to adapt their way of teaching compared to the student's level. It is nice to do activities with the teachers too. The school offers a very good programm that allows you to learn spanish and to discover the country at best : "Spanish and Tours programm". You can travel in the whole country while learning. Very nice concept! The other students were very nice and friendly! We still have contact! ACCOMODATION : i was in a very nice family, closed to the school by foot. They told me a lot about Ecuador etc... It was the best way to learn spanish everyday! They were very helpfull and we still have contact now. Wonderful experience! Don't hesitate to go to APF, it is worth!!
