Great school and the people are "chevere"!!

We really recommend the friendly and personal teaching style of this little Spanish School / Volunteering Centre in central Cusco, Peru (a great city to soak up Peruvian culture and cuisine for a few weeks if you have time). They gave us 2-on-1 lessons for the group class price, and ensured they understood our Spanish level with a thorough test before we started. Our teacher was keen to ensure she met all our objectives, which were quite clear as we had already studied in two other schools on our trip – she helped us with our pronunciation and drilled us on common mistakes and tricky grammar points before moving onto the next area. We both felt we got a lot out of our one week at the school and left feeling very confident that we could speak Spanish at a higher level – this confidence would only have increased if we could have studied there longer, but unfortunately we ran out of time in this trip! Thanks to all the staff at Proyecto Peru for such a good learning experience during our time in Cusco.
