Centro Catalina is a Spanish school located in the very heart of the beautiful Cartagena de Indias’ old town, only one block away the Fernández de Madrid Park and the famous Sofitel Hotel Santa Clara. We are located in one of the most quiet and safest area of Cartagena's old town.

All the Spanish classes are given in small groups (max. 7, but normally 4 to 5 students). The courses start every Monday. There are 4 levels: beginner – -pre-intermediate-intermediate- advanced. In our prices are included: all the material and the admission free to our activities (movie night, dance lessons, cultural activities …)

Our team is very well prepared to teach Spanish as a foreign language: all our teachers have graduated in Linguistic and their passion for the Spanish language makes their teaching really unique. Centro Catalina has a friendly atmosphere as well as a highly professional learning which allows students and teacher to get to know each other which achieves a better exchange between cultures and the success of language learning.

The founders of Centro Catalina are all from Switzerland, they have also graduated from Geneva's University in foreign languages. They are extremely dedicated to maintain the best learning quality for their students and the best training for their teachers which follow the norms of Spanish’s didactic as a foreign language.
